Secure Document Handling

No Cutoff, Ever

There Is No Cutoff
Most servers have one, and it is usually buried. Send your documents at 4:01pm and the job quietly becomes tomorrow's job, which costs you a day you thought you had bought.
We do not have one. The listing says open 24 hours because that is what it means: whenever your documents reach us, the 24 hour clock starts then. Evenings, weekends, the night before a hearing. A cutoff would hand back the day you paid for.
The whole point
Send them at 9pm and the clock starts at 9pm.
What Same Day Actually Means Here
Same day is the name of the service. What it buys you is a first attempt within 24 hours.
It does not mean a signature by 5pm. No server can promise that, because the attempt depends on whether the person is home, whether the address is current, and whether they want to be found. What we control is how fast your documents get into the field, and on rush that is inside a day.
If someone quotes you a guaranteed same-day serve, ask them what happens when nobody answers the door. That is the question the guarantee cannot survive.
Three speeds
How Rush Compares To Our Other Tiers
Three speeds, and what actually separates them:
Same Day
(Rush) Serve
First Attempt within 24 Hours
A deadline this week, or a defendant you think is about to move.
You are on this page
Submit OrderMost people who call us for rush do not actually need rush. If your deadline is more than a week out, expedited does the same job for less, and we will tell you so on the phone. Rush is worth paying for when the calendar is tight.

What We Serve On Rush
Rush is a speed, not a document type. Whatever papers you need served, we can serve them on rush:
- Summons and complaints
- Subpoenas, including deposition and records subpoenas
- Orders of protection and injunctions against harassment
- Family law documents: divorce, custody, visitation, support, paternity
- Eviction and real estate notices, including forcible detainer and pay-or-quit notices
- Writs and post-judgment paperwork
If your matter is not on this list, call. There is very little we do not handle. If you are not sure, upload it and we will tell you whether it qualifies for rush.
Phoenix metro and beyond
Where We Serve
We cover the whole Phoenix metro, which is where the courts our clients file in actually sit.
Maricopa County
Maricopa County runs 26 justice courts out of seven buildings, and four Superior Court buildings sit within about three blocks of each other in downtown Phoenix. A downtown filing and a downtown serve are often the same trip for us.
Tempe and Scottsdale have no justice court building of their own. Justice court cases from both cities are heard at the shared county buildings, and city matters run through the Tempe Municipal Court and the Scottsdale City Court.

Beyond The Metro
We also serve Tucson, Pima County and Yavapai County. The 24 hour first attempt holds for most addresses we cover. Rural ones are the exception, where coverage is thinner. Send the address before you order and we will tell you whether 24 hours is realistic there.

Frequently Asked Questions
How fast can you actually get out there?
On rush, the first attempt is within 24 hours of us receiving your documents, in the areas we cover.
Is there a cutoff time for same day orders?
No. There is no cutoff. Whenever your documents reach us, that is when the 24 hours starts, including evenings and weekends.
What does a rush serve cost?
Rush is quoted per job, because the price depends on the address, the distance and how many attempts the job realistically needs. Call (623) 335-1979 and we will give you a number.
What happens if the first attempt does not land?
Three attempts are included, within 10 days, on a standard serve. If none of them land, the address is usually stale or the person is avoiding service. The next step is a skip trace or a stakeout, and we will tell you which one fits.
Do I need a rush serve, or will expedited do?
If your deadline is more than a week out, expedited usually does the same job for less. We would rather tell you that than sell you the faster tier.
Can you serve someone who is avoiding service?
Often, yes. That is a different service and it is usually a stakeout or a skip trace rather than a rush serve, so tell us on the call if you think the person is dodging.
